Responsibilities:

• Under the direction of the principal this role will:
• Collaboratively address academic, behavioural, English as an Additional Language and social-emotional challenges within increasingly complex learning environments.
• Support the classroom teacher in delivering targeted instruction that is inclusive
• Provide individualized supports to reduce learning gaps and build student skills in self-regulation
• Provide oversight and direction to educational assistants to collaboratively address classroom complexities

Experience & Qualifications:

• Alberta Teaching Certificate;
• Previous experience administering div 1 and div 2 school curriculum;
• Successful Criminal Reference Check, including vulnerable sectors (within 3 months of contract start date)
