Poste : chargé(e) de projets - construction et bâtiment Lieu de travail : Saint-Hyacinthe (en Montérégie) - en présentiel Salaire : flexible entre 80 000 $ et 110 000 $, selon votre expérience Type de poste : permanent, à temps plein, horaire flexible de jour - 40 h/semaine Vous êtes un(e) chargé(e) de projets terrain et aimez voir vos projets se concrétiser ? Joignez-vous à une entreprise agroalimentaire bien établie pour participer à des projets de modernisation, construction et agrandissement d'usine. Il s'agit d'un poste permanent avec plusieurs projets à venir. Ce qui vous est offert : - Salaire de 80 000 $ à 110 000 $ - Bonus annuel de 5 à 10 % - Assurances collectives à 50 % par l'employeur - REER avec contribution jusqu'à 3 % - 3 semaines de vacances, possibilité de 4 Vos responsabilités : - Planifier et coordonner les projets de construction et de modernisation - Gérer les échéanciers, budgets, entrepreneurs et sous-traitants - Coordonner les travaux de bâtiment, infrastructures et installation d'équipements - Lire et interpréter les plans et devis - Assurer le suivi de la qualité, des coûts, de la sécurité et des échéanciers - Participer à l'installation, aux essais et à la mise en service des équipements - Produire les suivis de projets et gérer les enjeux et risques - Identifier des améliorations liées aux installations et aux opérations Profil recherché : - 5 à 7 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets similaires - Expérience en construction industrielle - Expérience en usine agroalimentaire fortement souhaitée - Formation en génie, gestion de la construction, mécanique du bâtiment ou procédés industriels (le titre d'ingénieur n'est pas requis.) - Bonne compréhension des travaux mécaniques, électriques, structuraux et de procédés - Capacité à lire des plans d'architectes et d'ingénieurs - Maîtrise du français - Leadership terrain, autonomie et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets Autre exigence linguistique : anglais - Niveau de l'exigence : avancé - Raison de l'exigence : communication avec les clients - Fréquence d'utilisation : quotidiennement (pour diverses tâches) Faites parvenir votre CV à Émilie Piché par courriel : emilie.piche@quantum.ca. Requirements
Requires 5–7 years of experience managing similar projects, including industrial construction; food-processing plant experience is strongly preferred. Candidates should have relevant education in engineering, construction management, building mechanics, or industrial processes, understand mechanical, electrical, structural, and process work, read architectural and engineering plans, and communicate in French and advanced English.
