The Opportunity We are expanding our remote team and looking for motivated individuals who enjoy communicating with people and providing personalized support. In this position, you will connect with union members who have requested information regarding their available benefits. You'll guide members through the information provided to them, answer their questions, and help ensure they understand the options available for themselves and their families.
