We're seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor who takes pride in quality, leads by example, and enjoys working alongside a team to create exceptional guest experiences. · $21.00 - $22.00 per hour + $3.00 per hour Performance Bonus · Year-Round Position · Staff Housing Available About the Role As Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll help lead the daily housekeeping operation at our 45-unit lodge and cabin property. You'll supervise Room Attendants, inspect guest rooms, maintain quality standards, coordinate daily assignments, and jump in wherever needed to support the team. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll spend time both supervising and actively assisting with housekeeping duties to ensure rooms are guest-ready and operations run smoothly. What You'll Do Lead and support a team of Room Attendants Assign daily work and monitor productivity Inspect guest rooms, cabins, hallways, and public areas Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently met Complete daily reports and assignment sheets Identify and report maintenance issues Support workplace health and safety practices Protect guest privacy and follow security procedures Assist with cleaning duties when required Support operational needs across the property What We're Looking For Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or lodging environment Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an asset Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Availability to work weekends and holidays Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs Living in Lake Louise Lake Louise is a small mountain community surrounded by some of the most spectacular scenery in the world.
