Banff Caribou Properties is looking for a detail-oriented leader to oversee our Tour & Travel department and help drive revenue across our portfolio of hotels. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with numbers, spotting trends, solving problems, and building strong relationships. You'll lead a small team, manage tour and travel accounts, analyze business performance, and ensure rates, contracts, and bookings are accurate and profitable. We're looking for someone who is just as comfortable working in Excel as they are speaking with tour operators, travel agents, hotel managers, and guests. What You'll Do Lead and support the Tour & Travel Coordinators. Manage relationships with tour operators, wholesalers, travel agents, and group partners. Monitor pickup, room nights, revenue, and market trends. Analyze reports and identify opportunities to increase revenue and occupancy. Review contracts, rates, allotments, and commission structures. Ensure reservations, billing, and reporting are accurate. Investigate discrepancies and work with hotel teams to resolve issues. Collaborate with Operations, Reservations, Sales, and Finance to achieve business goals. Prepare regular reports and recommendations for leadership. What You'll Bring Experience in hospitality, reservations, revenue management, accounting, finance, or hotel operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data and reports. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Experience reconciling information and identifying discrepancies. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. Leadership experience or the ability to confidently lead and coach a team. Experience working with hotel PMS, CRS, revenue management, or reservation systems is considered an asset.
