Meetings & Events Coordinator
We are looking for someone with previous experience as a Meeting & Events Coordinator
with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail who can work independently and
in a team.
Location: The Old Government House Hotel
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Pattern: 5 days on, 2 days off

Minimum Requirements
Administration experience essential Communicate effectively Proficient in MS Office Previous experience in a similar role advantageous Team player with a friendly, polite and professional attitude Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail Enthusiastic in delivering excellent customer service
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Events Manager to ensure smooth running of the Conference and Banqueting Department Respond to daily enquiries Process function sheets and communicate with the relevant departments To deal and follow up with wedding enquiries and bookings
