The Member Experience Instead of spending your day behind the scenes, much of your role involves communicating directly with people. You’ll be responsible for: Meeting with members through phone and video appointments Asking questions to understand their individual needs Walking members through available benefit programs Explaining information clearly and answering questions Assisting with online forms and digital documentation Keeping client information accurate and organized Following up with members when additional assistance is needed Providing consistent service throughout the entire process The objective is straightforward: make sure every member receives a professional, helpful, and informative experience.
